Housekeeping Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.

Replace bed linens, replenish towels, amenities, and other supplies.

Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and ensure rooms are neat and presentable.

Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.

Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times.

Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.

Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and materials.

Maintain housekeeping trolley, ensuring it is stocked and organized.

Adhere to hotel policies, grooming standards, and workplace safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous housekeeping experience preferred

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and handle long shifts.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
