IIQAF is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in the Al Sulimaniyah District. This full-time, on-site position plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our healthcare facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our patients and staff.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing patient rooms, common areas, and other critical spaces within the hospital. Your attention to detail and commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness will directly contribute to the overall patient experience and safety within our facility.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize patient rooms, restrooms, and common areas
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and windows
• Restock supplies and ensure cleanliness of equipment
• Follow safety protocols and infection control procedures
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Assist in moving furniture and equipment as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff
• Participate in training and adhere to hospital policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is preferred
