Job Description – Housekeeping Attendant
Salary - AED 2000-2200 - NO ACCOMODATION - NO TRANSPORT

We are looking for a professional Housekeeper able of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.

The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.

• Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.

Safety, Standards & Conduct

• Follow all company, safety, and security policies.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
• Complete required safety training and certifications.
• Store flammable materials properly.
• Maintain clean and professional uniform and appearance.
• Keep company and guest information confidential.
• Greet and acknowledge guests as per company standards.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, including assisting guests with disabilities.
• Thank guests with genuine courtesy.
• Communicate clearly and professionally.
• Work as a team to achieve common goals.
• Follow quality and service standards at all times.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 25 lbs alone and more than 25 lbs with assistance.
• Push and pull loaded housekeeping carts over different surfaces.
• Reach above head and below knees; bend, twist, pull, and stoop.
• Stand, walk, sit, kneel for long periods during the shift.
• Use hands and fingers for fine motor skills and coordination.

Other Duties

• Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Prepare and stock housekeeping cart with required supplies.
• Transport cart to assigned work area.
• Enter guest rooms following access and vacancy procedures.
• Replace guest amenities and room supplies.
• Change dirty linens and towels with clean ones.
• Make beds and arrange towels neatly.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items.
• Check that all room appliances are present and working properly.
• Arrange furniture, desk items, and appliances neatly.
• Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings.
• Vacuum carpets and clean floors in rooms and hallways.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month

Experience:

• housekeeper: 1 year (Preferred)
