Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Care for flooring through appropriate methods like carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and stain removal to ensure longevity and appearance.
• Manage janitorial tasks including trash removal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
• Follow safety protocols and cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself and others.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies management.
• Experience with housekeeper management or supervising cleaning teams is a plus.
