About the Role
Join our pre-opening Housekeeping team as Housekeeping Coordinator at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will play a vital role in organizing and coordinating housekeeping operations, serving as the communication hub between teams and ensuring smooth and efficient execution of daily tasks and pre-opening setup.
What You Will Do
Support pre-opening responsibilities such as data entry into housekeeping systems, inventory setup, and department training coordination.
Dispatch daily assignments and monitor task completion using the property management system and housekeeping software.
Maintain accurate records of room status, deep cleaning schedules, and lost & found items.
Act as a central point of communication between Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry.
Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Track supplies and linen inventories, assisting with requisitions and stock control.
Assist with daily briefings and administrative support including scheduling and reporting.
Uphold Four Seasons service standards through attention to detail and professional communication.
What You Bring
Previous experience in a coordinator or administrative role within housekeeping or hotel operations.
Familiarity with PMS and housekeeping systems (e.g., Opera, HotSOS) preferred.
Pre-opening experience is an asset.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
