Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Housekeeping Foreman to oversee our housekeeping team in NEOM City. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization across all facilities while leading and training staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the housekeeping team; assign tasks and ensure staff adhere to cleaning standards.
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols; conduct ongoing training sessions for staff development.
- Perform regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health standards; address issues promptly.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment inventory; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Coordinate housekeeping efforts with other departments; report maintenance issues to the facilities management team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in housekeeping, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
