Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Guest Service Associate located in Corbett, OR. The responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and public areas, managing housekeeping supplies, and adhering to cleanliness standards. The associate will also ensure timely and professional responses to guests’ inquiries and requests, promptly address concerns, and assist in guests’ reservations and accommodations. Supporting a pleasant guest experience by delivering excellent customer service is vital in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guest Services and Guest Service processes to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Reservations to assist and coordinate guest arrangements effectively.
• Exceptional Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to handle tasks such as room cleaning and housekeeping for extended periods.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
