This role involves ensuring a high standard of cleanliness across the property, managing housekeeping teams, and upholding brand service expectations

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments.
• Oversee and manage all housekeeping operations
• Lead, train, and develop the housekeeping team
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet hygiene and brand standards
• Prepare departmental budgets and manage operational expenses
• Implement quality control inspections and audits
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
• Monitor productivity, schedules, and staffing requirements
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service challenges professionally
  
  

What We Need From You

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping leadership within a hotel
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities
• Excellent knowledge of housekeeping processes and standards
• Proficiency with housekeeping systems and inventory planning
• Ability to motivate diverse teams
