  • Oversee the leasing process across multiple apartments and properties.
  • Communicate with lessors and clients, managing all leasing documentation.
  • Meet potential tenants, provide market insights, and promote available properties.
  • Prepare and update leasing terms, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Negotiate and close leasing deals professionally.
  • Collect deposits and rental payments, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Maintain tenant relationships, handling renewals, recertifications, and move-outs.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve tenant issues promptly.
  • Assist in marketing efforts, including property promotions and monthly newsletters.
  • Support overall office operations by maintaining organized systems, records, and administrative procedures.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in leasing, property management, or hospitality (Marriott experience preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
