About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Management Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential and tower properties. The successful candidate will ensure efficient facility management, optimize ROI, and maintain high occupancy levels while upholding the company’s quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise residential and tower property operations, ensuring smooth daily functionality and compliance.
• Oversee facility management, maintenance, and vendor performance to ensure quality service delivery.
• Develop and execute leasing, budgeting, and operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, train, and monitor the leasing team, ensuring optimal performance and target achievement.
• Maintain high occupancy rates through proactive leasing and tenant retention strategies.
• Personally manage and close leasing deals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and profitability.
• Prepare and analyze budgets, financial reports, and ROI performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, clients, and service providers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/engineering, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in property and facility management within Qatar.
• In-depth knowledge of Qatar’s real estate market, tenancy laws, and leasing processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems.
• Valid Qatar ID and ability to join immediately preferred.
