Lorien Mount Airy is now hiring a Porter / Floor Technician to join our dedicated Environmental Services team!

As a Floor Technician, you play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. Your work directly impacts the comfort and quality of life of those we serve every day.

Competitive Pay

$15.00-$16.00 per hour (based on experience)
Same Day Pay for all employees

PTO: 80 hours vacation + 40 hours sick time (rollover available)

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily floor care services throughout the facility ✨
Clean and maintain common areas, including bathrooms , lobby , and shared spaces
Collect, remove, and dispose of trash properly ️
Restock cleaning supplies and organize inventory deliveries
Operate floor care equipment to scrub , polish floors ✨, and shampoo carpets
Follow all safety and health regulations to maintain a safe environment ️
Support overall cleanliness and sanitation of the building

Full Time
Schedule:Day Shift
Every-other weekend rotation required (Sat/Sun)
Must be 18 years or older
