Job Title: Housekeeper Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The role involves ensuring a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our guests by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across all areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, corridors, linen rooms, and housekeeping pantries in line with company standards and procedures.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers/bathtubs.
• Clean and disinfect kitchen surfaces, appliances, and utensils.
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.
• Change bed linens and make beds neatly.
• Manage laundry services and maintain stock levels.
• Notify management of any repairs or maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
