As a Room Attendant, you play a crucial role in ensuring our guests experience exceptional cleanliness and comfort during their stay.
You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas according to our established standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Change bed linens and replace towels as per established standards.
- Vacuum carpets and dust furniture.
- Ensure all amenities are stocked and in good condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department.
- Scrub and sanitize showers, sinks, and toilets.
- Replenish toiletries and towels as needed.
- Ensure bathroom fixtures are polished and in working order.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces including furniture and fixtures.
- Greet guests warmly and respond to any requests or inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Ensure guest privacy and security at all times.
- Collect and deliver guest laundry and dry cleaning requests.
- Monitor and maintain linen supplies in guest rooms and storage areas.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and requests.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Room Attendant or similar role in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
