Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a spotless environment.
• Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance throughout the property.
• Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces to uphold high standards of hygiene.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe and functional environment for guests and staff.
• Follow all safety procedures and cleaning protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking cleaning supplies and ensuring all tools are in good working order.

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and janitorial equipment is essential.
• Experience with industrial cleaning or hospitality environments will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices can help streamline operations.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
