Housekeeping Room Attendant (Male) English Communication

Key responsibilities

• Cleaning guest rooms: Dusting and wiping furniture, washing sinks, toilets, and floors, and polishing fixtures.
• Making beds and tidying: Arranging and tidying guest belongings while cleaning and making beds.
• Replenishing supplies: Restocking guest amenities such as glasses, toiletries, and towels.
• Maintaining public areas: Ensuring cleanliness in areas like corridors, pantries, and lobbies.
• Managing equipment and supplies: Keeping cleaning carts organized, monitoring linen supplies, and reporting any damaged equipment or furniture.
• Reporting issues: Informing supervisors of any maintenance needs, damages, or malfunctioning appliances in the rooms.

Required skills and experience

• Customer service: Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for addressing guest needs politely and efficiently.
• Physical ability: The ability to be on your feet for long periods and lift objects up to 505050 pounds is often necessary.
• Attention to detail: An exceptional eye for detail is crucial to ensure rooms are cleaned to high standards.
