Housekeeping Room Inspector

Housekeeping Manager

Duties:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
- Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure smooth operations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hospitality industry
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Note: Experience in laundering may be an added advantage.

Bilingual is required.

Some computer knowledge helpful.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
