Human Capital is recruiting on behalf of its client, a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Site Area, for the position of Housekeeping / Sanitation Supervisor.

This is a critical role responsible for maintaining high hygiene standards in a regulated GMP environment. We are looking for a strong leader who understands sanitation compliance, documentation, and team supervision within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead housekeeping and sanitation staff across production, warehouse, and office areas
• Ensure full compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company SOPs
• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
• Monitor cleanliness in controlled and non-controlled manufacturing areas
• Maintain proper cleaning logs, records, and documentation for audits
• Coordinate closely with QA, Production, and Maintenance departments
• Train staff on hygiene standards, chemical handling, and safety procedures
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure corrective actions when required
• Manage cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage of chemicals

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping/sanitation supervision (Pharma industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GMP and hygiene compliance standards
• Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Understanding of safety regulations and cleaning chemicals
