Job Summary

OJ Mathiba Hospitality Group is currently hiring Housekeeping Staff (Room Attendants / Hotel Cleaners) to join our growing hospitality team in Sabah Al Salem.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas
• Change bed linens, towels, and restock room supplies
• Ensure cleanliness meets hotel standards and hygiene protocols
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
• Assist with laundry duties when required
• Respond to guest requests in a professional and friendly manner

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality is an advantage (but not required)
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Basic communication skills (English preferred)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
