Housekeeping & Cleaning

• Clean and service all guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to five-star luxury standards.
• Care for fine furnishings, surfaces, and delicate fabrics using correct cleaning methods.
• Maintain cleanliness of villa facilities, including kitchens, dining areas, and terraces.
• Ensure hygiene and sanitation protocols are followed at all times.

Guest Service & Presentation

• Prepare rooms and villa spaces for guest arrivals, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide discreet, professional service during guest stays, including turndown service.
• Assist with table setting, event preparation, and occasional service duties.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.

Organization & Inventory

• Maintain and replenish housekeeping supplies, guest amenities, and cleaning products.
• Keep storage areas organized and cleaning equipment in good condition.
• Report any maintenance issues to the Villa Manager promptly.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with other housekeeping and service team members for smooth daily operations.
• Assist in training new staff in villa cleaning standards and service protocols.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors to prioritize daily tasks.
