Housekeeping & Cleaning
- Clean and service all guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to five-star luxury standards.
- Care for fine furnishings, surfaces, and delicate fabrics using correct cleaning methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of villa facilities, including kitchens, dining areas, and terraces.
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation protocols are followed at all times.
Guest Service & Presentation
- Prepare rooms and villa spaces for guest arrivals, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide discreet, professional service during guest stays, including turndown service.
- Assist with table setting, event preparation, and occasional service duties.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
Organization & Inventory
- Maintain and replenish housekeeping supplies, guest amenities, and cleaning products.
- Keep storage areas organized and cleaning equipment in good condition.
- Report any maintenance issues to the Villa Manager promptly.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other housekeeping and service team members for smooth daily operations.
- Assist in training new staff in villa cleaning standards and service protocols.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors to prioritize daily tasks.
