What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for performing your position's responsibilities in alignment with Hilton Grand Vacations culture by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Coordinate staff schedules according to standards and forecasted occupancy; assigns daily work tasks to employees
  • Maintain room inventory timely and efficiently for the Front Desk
  • Documents and communicates maintenance requests to the engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are met
  • Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest happiness
  • Displays professional image at all times through appearance, dress, and conduct
  • Ensures hotel aligns with all federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA
  • Establish and manage a Daily Housekeeping Board to effectively organize staff assignments, task completion, and departmental priorities.

  • Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations in the absence of the manager, ensuring consistent departmental performance and supporting leadership continuity.

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must have previous experience in a supervisory role or above.
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficient English language to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, owners, co-workers, and fully comprehend job assignments
