Ideal Candidate Profile:

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall upkeep of the company’s facilities, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and pleasant environment. The role includes supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, and coordinating daily cleaning operations to meet company standards.

* Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.

* Assign duties and inspect the work of housekeeping staff.

* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.

* Train new staff and monitor performance of housekeeping team.

* Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and request replenishment as needed.

* Conduct routine inspections of Staff rooms, common areas, and facilities.

* Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.

* Handle guest or staff complaints related to housekeeping services.

* Enforce health, safety, and hygiene policies and procedures.

* Coordinate with other departments for special cleaning tasks or events.

* Maintain housekeeping logs, reports, and staff attendance records.

* Report maintenance issues to the concerned department promptly.
