We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facility Support Assistant to be the central coordinator for our facility maintenance and administrative needs. If you excel at coordination and possess excellent attention to detail, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance Coordination: Handle maintenance requests from stores and ensure critical issues are fixed immediately by coordinating with relevant contractors for MEP, civil maintenance, pest control, security services, and cleaning.
2. Administrative Support: Provide essential support by collecting monthly invoices and service reports and conducting document verifications.
Mandatory Qualifications:
1. Software Skills: Mandatory knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel and Word).
2. Mobility: Must possess a local driving license and a car.
3. Language: Basic knowledge of English and Hindi is mandatory.
4. Availability: Must be available during standard business hours (e.g., 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with flexibility for urgent issues).
Nice to Have (Advantageous):
1. Technical Background: Any technical background (electrical, civil, or mechanical) is preferred.
2. Design Knowledge: Technical knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
