Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, managing, and supervising all Hard Services operations including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, and Fire Fighting systems.
  • Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure timely and quality execution.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors for smooth daily operations.
  • Review maintenance schedules, job orders, reports, and ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs.
  • Support the Manager in preparing maintenance plans, manpower allocation, and resource management.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and statutory requirements for all technical services.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify maintenance issues, technical risks, and improvement areas.
  • Evaluate subcontractor performance and verify completion of assigned tasks.
  • Assist in preparing technical reports, budgets, quotations, and procurement requests.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address technical concerns and support service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Hard Services / Facilities Management, with strong technical background.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience in maintenance planning, manpower management, and client coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CAFM systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • GCC experience and a valid driving license are preferred.
