Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, managing, and supervising all Hard Services operations including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors for smooth daily operations.
- Review maintenance schedules, job orders, reports, and ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs.
- Support the Manager in preparing maintenance plans, manpower allocation, and resource management.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and statutory requirements for all technical services.
- Conduct site inspections to identify maintenance issues, technical risks, and improvement areas.
- Evaluate subcontractor performance and verify completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist in preparing technical reports, budgets, quotations, and procurement requests.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address technical concerns and support service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Hard Services / Facilities Management, with strong technical background.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Experience in maintenance planning, manpower management, and client coordination.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CAFM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- GCC experience and a valid driving license are preferred.
