Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. They manage housekeeping staff, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with other hotel departments to deliver a superior guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance levels.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Prepare reports on housekeeping operations, including occupancy status, maintenance issues, and staffing needs.
• Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless guest service.
