Key Responsibilities

  • Supervision & Team Management
  • Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping staff.
  • Monitor performance and provide guidance, training, and support.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate priorities and updates.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Ensure all rooms, offices, and public areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
  • Inspect work areas regularly to verify quality and adherence to standards.
  • Manage laundry services, linen inventory, and housekeeping supplies.
  • Guest & Client Service
  • Respond promptly to guest or client requests and complaints.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., front office, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism, especially in VIP or sensitive environments.
  • Administration & Reporting
  • Prepare duty rosters and schedules for housekeeping staff.
  • Maintain records of cleaning activities, supplies usage, and staff attendance.
  • Report maintenance issues and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and equipment use.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ﷼3,000.00 per month
