Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of hygiene, guest satisfaction, and efficient team operations.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

- Train, motivate, and oversee housekeeping staff to maintain high service standards and productivity.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.

- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any housekeeping-related issues to enhance guest satisfaction.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experience.

- Prepare and maintain housekeeping reports and documentation as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
