Job Description
Scorpios Bodrum is seeking for a Housekeeping Supervisor that will assist the Housekeeping Manager in upholding employee appearance and performance standards, developing and delivering effective training, and ensuring compliance with safety and health protocols.
Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction aligning with Scorpios SOPs.

Proactively exceed guest expectations with superior service.

Manage guest requests efficiently.

Inspect guestrooms, corridors, and pantry areas daily to maintain top cleanliness standards.

Prioritize room readiness based on guest arrival times.

Provide guest assistance, direction, and information promptly.

Conduct daily briefings with Housekeeping Attendants to ensure all special requests are met.

Address emergency situations with competence.

Use Scorpios Duties and Responsibilities to drive guest satisfaction and team alignment.

Train, supervise, and evaluate Room Attendants, fostering a productive and innovative team environment.

Implement planned assignments from the Executive Housekeeper effectively.

Perform administrative tasks, including room status updates and managing engineering requests.

Uphold the Safe & Sound program in designated areas.

Ensure team punctuality, proper appearance, and hygiene in line with Scorpios grooming standards.

Facilitate impactful training programs in coordination with the Learning & Development Manager.

Provide ongoing support and feedback to Departmental Trainers.

Promote a culture of creativity, innovations and adherence to Scorpios' SOPs
Requirements

At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the housekeeping department of a premium hospitality environment.

Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead a team and engage with guests.

Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in housekeeping, as well as sanitation standards and safety protocols in the hospitality sector.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a record of managing, empowering, and driving a diverse workforce.

Proven problem-solving skills and the capacity to make sound decisions promptly.

Flexibility to adapt to a variable schedule, with willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts when necessary.
