Housekeeping Supervisor

Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Supervisor, where your leadership and attention to detail will elevate guest experiences and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and comfort. This is a working supervisor position. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, climb stairs, bend twist and use a ladder. Proficient in English and Spanish as well as own transportation a plus. Full time including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to verify quality standards are met or exceeded
• Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment
• Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels based on occupancy rates and operational needs
• Address guest requests or complaints promptly with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Enforce safety protocols related to cleaning procedures, equipment handling, and hazard prevention
• Provide basic fixes, painting and repairs to all areas of the property.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or custodial roles within hotel or hospitality environments
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, industrial cleaning methods, and hospitality standards
• Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is highly preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Effective communication skills to lead teams and interact with guests confidently
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and bending
• Familiarity with hotel operations, guest service standards, and safety regulations

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
