Housekeeping Supervisor – Hospital

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations within a hospital environment. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of hygiene, infection control, and team coordination in compliance with healthcare regulations in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations in hospital departments
• Allocate duties and manage shift schedules
• Conduct routine inspections of patient rooms, OPD areas, ICU, labs, and common areas
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
• Train and guide housekeeping staff on hospital hygiene protocols
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment
• Coordinate with nursing and facility teams for operational efficiency
• Maintain attendance records and performance tracking

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor
• Hospital or healthcare facility experience is mandatory
• Good knowledge of infection control standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle 40–60 housekeeping staff
• Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
• Currently in Qatar or willing to relocate

Qualification

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree
• Certification in Housekeeping / Facility Management (preferred)
