Position Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor with experience in luxury restaurants and 5-star hotels. In this role, you will help lead our front-of-house team, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional guest service in a premium environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
• Train, motivate, and support restaurant team members to provide exceptional guest service
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in accordance with health and food safety regulations
• Oversee inventory and help with ordering supplies as needed
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed
• Assist in scheduling, assigning tasks, and controlling labor costs
• Support new staff training and ongoing team development

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar leadership role in luxury restaurants and/or 5-star hotels
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Flexible schedule — able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Passion for delivering great guest experiences
• Basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) experience
