Bellingham at West Chester is recruiting for a hospitality focused Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team! This role is responsible for the training and supervising of the housekeepers, ordering supplies, chemicals, assisting with budget preparation, and operating within budgetary guidelines.

Schedule: Full-time opportunity

Salary: Starting at $20/hour

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Housekeeping Supervisor:

• Supervises the performance of all housekeeping personnel through personal inspections and other quality control techniques.
• Selects, trains, evaluates and disciplines all housekeeping personnel.
• Keeps required records, reports, studies.
• Inspects all housekeeping and laundry equipment regularly for proper functioning and safety.
• Coordinates apartment refurbishing with the Plant Services Director.
• Coordinates department functions with those of other departments.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High School diploma required.
• Associates Degree or equivalent in relevant education, training and experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of environmental services experience in a retirement community, hotel, or healthcare setting preferred.
