<Duties>

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including assigning tasks and monitoring team performance to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to verify cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies.
• Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching on cleaning techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols.
• Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to maintain optimal stock levels while controlling costs.
• Implement health and safety regulations related to hospitality cleaning practices.
• Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, recognizing achievements, and promoting professional development in housekeeper management.

<Qualifications>

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping with a strong background in cleaning.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team effectively.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards helpful.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for conducting inspections.
• Strong communication skills to train staff clearly and coordinate with other departments seamlessly.
• Prior experience in hospitality or hotel environments is highly preferred but will train as needed.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting supplies, standing for extended periods. Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
