Duties

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning schedules and high-quality service delivery
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and staff facilities to maintain cleanliness standards
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and hospitality protocols
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment
• Enforce health and safety regulations related to janitorial and industrial cleaning practices
• Address guest requests or concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues effectively
• Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels during peak times and special events

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial management with a strong background in cleaning, floor care, or janitorial services
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service excellence
• Ability to lead a team with energy, motivation, and clear communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and oversee operations throughout shifts
• Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles preferred
