Housekeeping Supervisor – Hampton by Hilton Schenectady Downtown

Schedule Requirements:
Must be reliable with flexible availability; weekends are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the daily operations of the housekeeping team
• Train team members on brand standards, safety procedures, and job duties
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
• Assign daily boards, distribute keys, and manage staff workflow
• Address and resolve guest concerns related to housekeeping services
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Report maintenance issues and track repairs as needed
• Follow up on room status (vacant, occupied, out-of-order)
• Assist with cleaning rooms as needed to support the team
• Perform additional duties as assigned
