The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the housekeeping team and will also be cleaning rooms as assigned. This role ensures that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are impeccably clean and meet our high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to train and inspire a dedicated team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Supervise and support housekeeping staff, ensuring that duties are performed efficiently and to high standards.
• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and order.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and checklists to maintain consistency and quality.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff, reinforcing company policies and best practices.
• Address and resolve staff issues and guest complaints related to housekeeping services.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
• Monitor and report on any maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team.

**Qualifications:**

• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
