Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Quality Control

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations including guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and laundry (if applicable).
  • Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance meet 5-star standards.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel SOPs, brand standards, and hygiene regulations.
  • Coordinate with Front Office to prioritize rooms, handle early check-ins, late check-outs, and VIP arrivals.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up with Engineering.

Guest Service

  • Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure VIP, long-stay, and special-request rooms are prepared to luxury standards.
  • Maintain a guest-focused approach at all times.

Team Supervision & Training

  • Supervise, schedule, and allocate duties to housekeeping attendants and public area cleaners.
  • Conduct on-the-job training for new associates and continuous coaching for existing staff.
  • Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and adherence to hotel policies.
  • Assist in performance evaluations and provide feedback to the Executive Housekeeper.

Inventory & Administration

  • Control housekeeping supplies, linens, and guest amenities to prevent wastage and shortages.
  • Maintain accurate records of room status, lost & found, and daily reports.
  • Ensure proper use and care of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Promote safe work practices and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
  • Participate in hotel audits and inspections.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or certification in Hotel Management or Hospitality (preferred)
  • Minimum 2–4 years of housekeeping experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Knowledge of luxury hotel standards and SOPs
  • Basic computer skills (PMS knowledge is an advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,450.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
