We're Hiring: Housekeeping Supervisor (Club)

Location: Islamabad

Grand City is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations at our club facility in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a club, hotel, or hospitality environment and possess strong leadership skills to ensure exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.

This role is best suited for individuals who are proactive, organized, and capable of leading housekeeping teams while maintaining a premium guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across the club premises.
• Ensure all guest areas, recreational facilities, washrooms, offices, and common spaces meet the highest cleanliness standards.
• Lead, train, schedule, and monitor housekeeping staff to ensure efficient performance.
• Conduct routine inspections and implement corrective actions where required.
• Maintain housekeeping inventories, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns professionally and promptly.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain housekeeping records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in a club, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to manage staff schedules and maintain operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in maintaining housekeeping records and inventory.
