Housekeeping Supervisor (with Hotel Experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping operations
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet hotel cleanliness standards
• Monitor room inspections and ensure timely room readiness
• Support staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity control
• Train, motivate, and guide housekeeping team members
• Assist in inventory control, linen management, and supply ordering
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel policies
• Prepare reports and assist in departmental administration

Requirements

• Must be locally available and able to attend a personal interview
• Previous experience in similar role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Hospitality-related certification or diploma is an advantage
