Job Summary:
The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the premium brand standards of Ladurée. This role leads the service team, supports store performance, and ensures a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily front-of-house operations (service, cashier, hosting)
  • Ensure all guests receive high-quality service aligned with brand standards
  • Lead, motivate, and support team members during shifts
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Ensure proper product presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
  • Assist in inventory control, stock levels, and ordering
  • Support the Restaurant/Store Manager in achieving sales targets
  • Train new employees on service standards and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in F&B or hospitality in a supervisory role
  • Arabic or Russian speaker
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Well-groomed with a professional appearance (luxury brand standard)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a luxury café, restaurant, or pastry boutique
  • Familiarity with French dining/service style is an advantage
  • Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management
