Job Title: Housekeeping Team Leader

Job Summary
The Housekeeping Team Leader oversees daily housekeeping operations for residential properties. The role ensures that all tasks are completed to company standards and that the team works efficiently, safely, and professionally while delivering quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise housekeeping staff during daily operations.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress throughout the day.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
- Train new staff and guide the team on cleaning methods, safety rules, and proper use of equipment.
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and cleaning supplies needed for each job.
- Handle client concerns, feedback, and requests, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on team performance, attendance, and completed tasks.
- Ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals and adherence to safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of residential cleaning practices, tools, and chemicals.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks.
- Physically fit and able to support housekeeping duties when needed.
- Trustworthy, organized, and attentive to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to train and motivate staff.
