Housekeeping Trainer (Philippine National Only)

The Hunar Foundation (THF), a leading not-for-profit organization in Technical & Vocational Education & Training (TVET), is seeking a qualified and experienced Housekeeping Trainer (Philippines National) to strengthen our Hospitality & Skills Training programs in Karachi. This role is ideal for a passionate trainer with strong industry exposure who is committed to developing youth through international-standard hospitality training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver practical and theoretical training in Housekeeping aligned with industry standards
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessment tools
• Ensure hands-on skill development in cleaning operations, room preparation, safety, hygiene, and customer service
• Prepare trainees for employment in local and international hospitality markets
• Maintain training labs, equipment, and quality standards
• Support placement efforts by aligning training with employer expectations

Eligibility Criteria:

• Nationality: Philippines
• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in hotel housekeeping operations
• Minimum 2–3 years of training experience preferred
• Exposure to international hospitality standards
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Experience in TVET environment will be an added advantage
