We are seeking a proactive and energetic Houseman to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the hotel, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help uphold our high standards of hospitality and cleanliness. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness standards
• Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain a pristine appearance
• Assist with hotel setup and breakdown for events or special functions as needed
• Support housekeeping staff by delivering supplies, linens, and amenities efficiently across the property
• Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
• Maintain safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure guest and staff safety at all times
• Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when required to support larger maintenance projects

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, janitorial, or custodial roles is highly desirable
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and industrial cleaning methods
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and customer service expectations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of efficiency
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks and move equipment or supplies as needed
• Experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus
