Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Houseman to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of guest areas, public spaces, and staff facilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and has experience in hospitality or janitorial services. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and staff facilities using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal
• Assist with furniture rearrangement, stocking supplies, and setting up event or meeting spaces as needed
• Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored according to safety standards
• Follow established health and safety protocols to uphold sanitation standards across all areas
• Contribute to a positive guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, buffing, and carpet cleaning
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Previous experience in housekeeping management or hospitality roles is a plus
