What You’ll Do
As a House Attendant at Hotel Cleveland you’ll be an essential part of the guest experience, ensuring the property is pristine, welcoming, and impeccably maintained. You’ll:

• Ensure the immaculate upkeep of public areas, meeting spaces, and service zones
• Support housekeeping operations by replenishing supplies and assisting Room Attendants
• Maintain floors and surfaces with specialized equipment and care
• Deliver prompt, professional responses to guest and team member requests
• Observe and report maintenance or safety concerns, always with guest well-being in mind
• Act as a steward of our brand’s refined aesthetic and hospitality standard

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have a keen eye for cleanliness and detail, with a commitment to excellence
• Are physically able to lift, push, pull, and move items as part of your daily tasks
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment that values teamwork and initiative
• Communicate effectively and courteously with guests and colleagues alike
• Understand the importance of discretion, efficiency, and professionalism
• Are available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Bring previous hospitality, facilities (preferred but not required)
