What You'll Do

• Lead daily residential operations
• Supervise and coach direct care staff
• Ensure a safe, structured, trauma-informed environment
• Collaborate with Probation and case managers
• Oversee documentation, compliance, and reporting
• Respond to behavioral incidents using de-escalation and clear boundaries

Who You Are

• Experienced with justice-involved or high-risk youth
• Confident supervising staff in a 24/7 setting
• Organized and strong with documentation
• Calm and decisive during crises
• Grounded in trauma-informed care

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent experience
• Supervisory experience required
• Residential or transitional housing experience strongly preferred
• Valid CA Driver's License
