Houston Global Finance Associate

Paul Hastings' Global Finance team is seeking a Mid to Senior Associate with three to seven years of experience to join the firm's rapidly growing practice in Houston.

Ideal candidates will have experience executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements. The group's clients consist of many high-profile bank and non-bank lenders, including private debt funds, as well as borrower side clients. Energy experience (both traditional energy and renewable/green energy) is a plus but not required.

Candidates and must be admitted to practice law to the State Bar of Texas and be in good standing. Strong academic credentials and law firm experience are required. Please submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and deal sheet.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $435,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
