Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Houzz Pro | QuickBooks Accountant to join our team and elevate our financial operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in accounting software, financial reporting, and bookkeeping to support diverse client needs across industries. As a key contributor, you will ensure accurate financial record-keeping, reconcile accounts, and prepare comprehensive reports that drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client accounting files using QuickBooks and Houzz Pro
• Perform bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and general ledger accounting to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare journal entries, analyze accounts, and conduct balance sheet reconciliations
• Support tax preparation, and governmental accounting requirements as needed
• Generate detailed financial reports including income statements, cash flow statements, and budget analyses

Requirements

• Proven experience working with QuickBooks and Houzz Pro
• Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles
• Skilled in bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, journal entries, and general ledger management
• Ability to perform 10 key typing with high accuracy for data entry tasks
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in bookkeeping and account management tasks
