HPE Infrastructure Professional – Managed Services & NOC Operations

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled HPE Infrastructure Professional with 5 years of experience in delivering Managed Services and supporting 24/7 NOC Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Data Center Management, Server Management, and overall IT Infrastructure Management. This role will be responsible for ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise infrastructure while following best practices for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision, configure, and manage HPE infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking components.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure 24/7 availability in NOC operations.
• Oversee Data Center operations, including capacity planning, resource allocation, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Perform server management tasks, including installation, patching, performance tuning, and backup management.
• Implement infrastructure management processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support service delivery and managed services operations.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in HPE infrastructure deployment and management.
• Strong knowledge of Data Center operations, server hardware, virtualization, and storage solutions.
• Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and NOC workflows.
• Hands-on experience with ITIL processes and infrastructure management best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 operational environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• HPE certifications (e.g., HPE ASE, HPE Master ASE).
• Experience with cloud integration and hybrid infrastructure environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
