Roles and responsibilities of HPLC Analyst

1. Analytical Testing

• Perform routine and non-routine testing using HPLC and related techniques (e.g., UV, FTIR, GC if trained).
• Analyze raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and stability samples according to approved specifications and test procedures.
• Prepare standard and sample solutions accurately following laboratory procedures.

2. Documentation and Data Integrity

• Record all observations and results in laboratory notebooks.
• Maintain analytical data and ensure traceability of results.

3. Instrument Maintenance and Calibration

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain HPLC systems (e.g., Agilent, Waters, Shimadzu) as per SOPs.
• Troubleshoot instrument and method-related issues.
• Ensure timely preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment.

4. Compliance and Quality Assurance

• Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

5. Method Development and Validation (if applicable)

• Assist in method development, validation, and transfer activities.
• Support analytical projects as required by R&D or QC departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,072.29 - ₹40,716.51 per month
