Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Qatar as an Admin or HR Assistant
  • Strong knowledge of HR and administrative procedures
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Must be locally available in Qatar
  • Willing to transfer visa (NOC required)
  • Able to join immediately

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily HR and administrative tasks
  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Handle office coordination and correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
